I sure hope that the Chiefs got some help.  We sure needed it.

I heard somewhere that the Bears drafted an OT, don't know who it is. I was hoping that they would go after a QB. With Griese gone and Grossman not looking good performance wise in pressure situations Kyle Orton got his second chance to show what he could do and did it. The guy is not flashy but he doesn't make many mistakes, either. But they're gonna need a QB who can throw a long ball if they're gonna utilize Hester to his full potential at WR. I don't think there are many people he can't get behind.
I thought they might go for Andre Woodson from (I think) Kentucky. I was hoping, anyway. From what I read about him it wouldn't take long for him to have made an impact.
If Lovie continues to shun Orton this year in favor of Grossman maybe next year they can draft a head coach.
I have to confess that I'm playing catch-up on the draft this year, I've been getting sound bytes off of Mike and Mike in the Morning but so far today they've been talking about Greenie giving a Knute Rockne talk to his 5 year old little leaguers and only touching on the draft sporadically.

Hey Buddha, the Bears signed So. Illinois QB Nick Hill to a free agent contract after the draft. So, there's your QB.

My Raiders did OK. I wasn't on the McFadden Bandwagon leading up to the draft, but the more I'm reading and listening to people that get paid to watch & analyze football (Damn, what a life), I'm liking the pick. I was hoping Chris Long would have dropped to the Raiders (Howie's son), but McFadden apparently has insane speed. Although our running game was solid (6th in the league), it lacked the "home run" threat that McFadden brings.

We're clearly not a playoff contending team yet, but the Raiders have definitely improved.

I don't know anything about Nick Hill but I have to confess that I don't keep up with college ball. The ones I do know about are from bigger schools with lots of fanfare but, hey, Tom Brady got drafted in the 6th round. Hopefully he's a sleeper. I think the last great QB they had was Jim McMahon and that was more about his leadership ability than his arm.

The Cowboys did OK.  We did not draft a single wide receiver.  Maybe they have hope of pulling off a trade.  I would mind having the other Roy Williams (the one that can play).

I think my Ravens did pretty well. They got a good solid QB with a HUGE upside in the middle of the first round, one of the top 5-6 running backs inray Rice, and the MLB of the future.

Overall.... a good, firm B+ in myopinion.........

The Detroit Lie-down did absolutely nothing to help things in my opinion.  It's beyond frustrating at this point.

I think the bengals did ok, I would have liked to see a bit more defensive help but we got stuck at the last minute needing a new wideout, so it wasn't bad over all. One of Marvins better drafts(thats not saying much)

Hell it wouldn't be a modern day bengals draft if there wasn't a bad apple in the bunch and this is no different, they picked DT Jason Shirley whos aother potetial problem child. Its one bad mark on otherwise an ok draft

Ravens... blech!  Hate them with a passion almost as much as I hate the Packers!!

Da Bears did OK... couple offensive linemen, a RB, and some defensive linemen.  The QB situation will be muddled again this year, but at least Grossman and Orton will have to compete against each other for the starting job.
