Yes my fellow head shavers. I have developed a new technique that I think would help the new shavers out there.
I call it the Back-Forward Technique or the BAFOT for short. This techique CANNOT be used with HeadBlade. I reccomend the Gillette Fusion for best results.
- First off, apply shaving cream or gel to entire head.
- The BAFOT works by starting in the middle of your forehead and shavaing back to your neck. (Pushing the razor back)
- Then pick the left or right and continue to shave bringing the razor from your forehead to your neck. Try to keep each new shave line parrell to the last one. Your curves should be shorter as you get to the ears.
- After the one side it finished, go back to the middle of your forehead and do the other side of your head.
- Now rinse
- Re-apply shaving cream or gel to entire head.
- The second part of the BAFOT starts in the middle of the neck. Take your razon and shave forward to your forhead. (pulling the razor the front)
- Again, choose the left or right side and shave forward in parrell lines in a arcing motion.
- Go back to the middle of the neck and shave the other side from the neck forward to the forhead.
- Now if its done correctly, you should have a completly shave head with a little stuble around the ears. Fix it up gently.
- Rinse
- Apply your choice of lotion to seal the head.
I have found that this gives the smoothest shave without missing any spots on the head. (with the exception of above the ears) Give it a try and let me know what you think

I use a technique similar to this, Noner. I first shave my starting in the middle of the forehead going back to the neck, working left. Then right. Since I have been using baby oil I don't reapply anything to the head (it's plenty slick) then I work from base of the neck to top of forehead.

I actually do the reverse with my HeadBlade. Start at the neck and go to my forehead. Then when I'm done with both sides, start with my forehead and go to my neck. It get's super smooth that way.

Is starting at your neck going forward with or against the gain for you?

i have a new method. let's see if pigpen will try it. first you get yourself a bootle of rubbing alchohol. next you light one of those wall mounted gas heaters. then after pouring the alchohol on your head, quickly stick your head in the heater. pow, no hair for weeks, if not months.

I'm not real worried about it, just that my boss says I need to be professional er somethin...uuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhh...oh yeah, professionalism that's it!
That's just not me really, but I put up a good front.
Just thought about it, I'd look like Joe Pesci in Home Alone!!! (slightly taller though)

It's against the grain on the back side of my head and with the grain on the front side.

front to back is against the grain on top. left to right is against in the back. so i just drive the new hb sport around like a demolition derby till i feel no more stubble.

As long as you don't get confused and start a figure 8 race you should be alright with that.

That's pretty much what I do. Turn it in every which direction I can until the stubble's gone

I don't reccomend trying that with pubic hair though.
