Lately I'm  a tad out of control with hunger even tho Im in the gym twice a week. Anyone have a suggestion? LOL

Try to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large meals.  It will help keep you feeling full and keep your hypoglycemic levels more constant. Whenever you eat, try to have 1 protein to 1 carb.  The protein will keep you feeling satisfied longer and will slow down the digestion of the carb.  If you're feeling hungry all the time, you may be overdoing it on the carbs.

The biggest problem I have is when I am plating my food I am usually hungry so I pile on more than I should.

Then when I actually feel full I have food on my plate, good food... then I hear my father somewhere deep in the catacombs of my brain saying "Clean your plate there are starving children that would love to have that".

I feel so wasteful throwing food out it tends to get me and I finish it.

I have been working on keeping my initial portions to a minimum but although I am better, I still overeat.
