Dudes.......... ranch dressing, even the smell of it, makes me gag............ I can't stand to be in the same room with the stuff.

Lance I posted in 1 page back but here it is again. You take a dollop of Ranch dressing and coat it lightly in breadcrumbs and drop it into a deep fryer. I use peanut oil. The trick is to make the Ranch dressing really thick and not runny or else it is difficult to make it stay in one piece.

This may not be for the faint of heart, and I would never eat it again, but it is pretty damn delicious.

I like Blue Cheese dressing but I don't eat it very often because it's like a heart attack waiting to happen. I try to be healthy and go for vinagrettes.......

I do something like that with cauliflower and eggplant. The truth is any cruciferous vegetable tastes better batter-coated and fried. And fish too.
The only time I eat broccoli is in a stir fry with beef, soy sauce and rice. Have to try it your way, JDog.  O0
