hello fellow chrome domes: there R many sly members that are either married or have long-time significant others. just wondering... do U still have "dates" with your wifey/sig. other? i'll start: the wifey and i always have atleast one "date" a week just 2 get away from work and release stress and just enjoy each other like we were single again.
so... how 'bout U? do U still go on "dates" with your spouse/sig. other? what's your story?

OVER NIGHT!?
/ how the hell you rank that? We are lucky to have our kids away from us for only about a few hours. But we generally like to just go out to our favorite restaurant and its just nice not to have to worry about the kids for a while.

I threaten my parents.... i tell them if they don't take the kids overnight, the wife and I will run away and leave the kids with them PERMANENTLY!!!!

Yeah, I still get out with my wife once in a while. Not as often as I'd like but at least a few times a month.

Not nearly enough. We talk about it, but never get around to doing it.

We have season tickets to a local dinner theatre. So we go out every 6 - 8 weeks. We got these tickets the year after my oldest son was born. We realized that unless we had a planned "date" we would probably never get out by ourselves.

We try to do date night once a month or more. We're now taking our daughter on some of the dates, but it's still nice that it's just the three of us.
