DEB...whoa whoa whoa...it wasnt  your fault.  Im sure this doesnt make a good first impression for anyone.  You didnt do anything out of line at all.  I think this thread needs to focus back on what it was intended for.

So what does Danny think of the new look?  Im kinda in the dark and was just wondering..is Danny still serving?  Is he able to sign in and check the site out??

Great to haveyou here Deb.

I think you are pretty blameless, Deb.  It was an innocent, neutral statement.  None of us can predict what directions a statement we make might take.

Wow guys, can't leave you alone for a couple days eh....  Warhawk, where you at bro???

Deb_T, welcome to SBG's. I missed the pics and I am guessing most of the convo, but I wanted to say that there is alot that can change a man. Most is something that causes him to become more mature and experience life. Being in a town with alot of military, I have met guys before their iraq deployment and seen them when they return. Its kinda like they grow up in a wierd way, they see the petty crap don't really matter anymore.

Also- shoutout to JohnMount, glad you came back to the slyside!!!!

My sincere wish is for people to settle their differences - and I really hope no-one leaves the group.

The unwitting culprit was myself. When I mentioned Danny looking and being more conservative, it was a neutral statement. Just a fact, and I didn't mean that it was necessarily good or bad.

I'm so sorry because of the trouble, and would far rather people blamed me than fell out with each other!

You did absolutely  nothing wrong....You are proud of your man and standing behind him...I hope my son who is a Marine finds a woman as supportive as you..

She also removed them when she posted the pics the first time this thread was on the board.

I only removed the pics, guys, because I didn't think it a good idea to leave them on indefinitely. The internet is such a public domain, and you never know who might be watching. I only intended to leave them on for a short time anyway - it wasn't because of the arguing!

But then, I've been thinking, this thread has (unintentionally) caused enough trouble. Perhaps better to let it fade away!
