Has anything freaky happened to you in the morning?

Hey guys...wassup!  Man it has been a beautiful weekend.  The temps are on the rise...the sun is out more....I cant wait until summer, what about you all?

Hey my question is...has anything freaky ever happened to you when you first opened your eyes from a good nights sleep in the morning?  Well last night my son wanted me to sleep in his bed last night...he has one of those futon bunkbed and I slept on the futon part ( worse nights sleep I have ever had) anyways I wake up this morning and right in my face was one of those Wrestling Buddies....remember those from teh 80's?  THey are body cut outs of WWE wrestlers and stuffed for pillows.  Well even though they are somewhat of a cartoon character face .....as soon as I opened my eyes...I see this face right there and It scared teh sh*t out of me.  I threw the damn thing across the room and my heart was racing...I was like Damnit...lol...
So has anythign like that ever happened to any of you?

Yeah, last weekend after me, the Lovely Mrs. Schro, and my kids all woke up at my brother's apartment in San Francisco, we noticed someone broke into our car.

I was freakin' pissed off!!!

That sucks... My son sleepwalks and one morning he was asleep on our bathroom floor.

Sorry Tim.  Ok, I have woke up freaked out before from a dream.  I can't say anything actually freaked me out after I woke up.  Well, there was the few times I stayed at my mother-in-laws house and had to see her awake first thing in the morning.  I mean c'mon it's bad enough just to see her in the first place, but right when she gets outa bed.     

Ok, I'm sorry Tim.  I couldn't resist.  I had a dream one time where someone broke into the house and was trying to hurt my family so I tackled the person and was sort of wrestling with them.  They had a knife and before I tackled them they slashed me a few times on my arms and it felt so frickin' real in my dream I actually thought I was hurting.  Then I got the person in sort of a strangle hold.  My wife woke me up around this time and I had my arms clenched together so tight, from where I thought I was really squeezing this person, that they were sore for the next day.  She said I was rolling all over the bed and mumbling things she couldn't understand.  My heart was racing when I woke up and I was so freaked by the dream I couldn't go back to sleep.  It felt like something out of one of the Nightmare On Elm Street movies.

i don't know if this happened 2 anyone but one mornng i woke up "late" 4 work and hurried frantically 2 get 2 work and realized that it was my day off.

Oh yeah, I totally forgot about my sister sleep walking.  Thanks for reminding my NAVRN.  Yeah, when I use to live at home with my mom my sister would sleep walk every once in a while.  That was real freaky to me.  I mean it would make the necks on my hair stand up.  She would go to bed way earlier than me of course because she was younger, and my mom would go to bed earlier than me too for work.  I'd be hanging out in the living room and my sister would walk right through the living room and not even look at me.  I would get right in front of her and say her name quietly and she would just have this blank stare on her face like she didn't have a clue who or where she was.  My mom always told me not to "shock" her out of waking up so I we would usually just let her snap out of it or walk her back to her bed.  But the expressions on her face were just creepy as hell.

No but one time i remember my work calling me asking me where I was and I know I argued with them for over 5 minutes that it was my day off.  THey kept telling me that I was scheduled to work that day...and I said NO ITS TUESDAY....TUESDAYS are my days off.....well come to find out it was Thursday...not tuesday..lol
