Upload folder full message

I'm trying to post a photo ina message but when I hit post I receive the message that the upload folder is full.

Can anybody help me out here?

You can use in Adobe Photoshop the Button "Save for web" and then downsize from X MB to y KB. You can adjust the lost of quality as you wish or need.

I found out that the folder was full, so I increased the space.
