I'd love to have a copy of that library. I've just not spent the time to put much of one together. It's so much easier to turn on the radio than to take the time to build your own collection.
I can't find much that I like on the radio these days. If I hear Carrie Underwood scream her way through
All-American Girl one more time, I swear my ear drums will explode. I never thought I'd ever see the day that I wouldn't want to keep up with current music, but with only a few exceptions -- mostly from artists that I've been following for a long time -- I'm just not feeling what's on the radio these days. Must be a sign that I am getting old.

I just bought a car that has connection to plug in an MP3/IPod. I need to start working on coping all of my old stuff so that I can listen to it more. Right now it's just a bunch of CD's sitting on the shelf.
Those are so cool. I just bought an adaptor so I can play my iPod through the cassette deck in my car. Next car will have a place to dock an iPod for sure.
Back in 1981 I had a major crush on Juice Newton (remember her?) I had a couple of cassettes that I literally wore out. I just found MP3 albums of both on Amazon -- digitally remastered. I can't believe how good the quality is. I have a lot of old CDs that sound pretty crappy by today's standards. This is a major find for me; I haven't heard some of these songs in years!
