I can't believe I forgot to tell all of you about my son's "accidental" haircut. We took my son to get his first haircut a few weeks before Christmas. Well, it had started to grow back out pretty good. Getting in his eyes, etc...So we decided that we would try to use my old set of clippers on him. I haven't used these things in forever. So I wasn't totally sure of what setting to use on him. I figured the safest route to take would be to use something like a #2 or 3. Something high. But did I listen to that "safe voice." Nooooo. I used a 1/8" guard. Man I felt so bad for the little guy. I mean don't get me wrong, he was still real cute and I actually liked the look it gave him. But it's just that at that age you want to think of your kid as, just that, a kid still. You know, like your little baby. But when that hair started falling off he just looked so grown. It was really a weird time. Sort of like feelings I never experienced before. It was kind of funny, cute, sad, and some other things mixed in there all at the same time. But he definitely pulled it off and was rockin' a near sly look. My wife and I thought he looked really cute and we just kept saying, "It will grow back." But my grandmother, her mom, and some others were just about mortified. They got over it though. I'll try and embed a pic here.
Well at least you know one profession you should NOT go into.....being a barber. J/K bro...great looking boy you got there and he is growing fast. Last picture you had he was so little.
Lance-
That's a fine looking little man.......... with a Million Dollar smile..........
he looks like he would be fun to hang out with.great looking kid bud. my son needs a shirt like that though. ha ha
Think of it like this, he is still young enough for his hair to grow back out (even tho he sports the sly look well) unlike most of us that can not grow it back out.
He seems OK with it...

I wouldn't try it on him when he is a teenager..LOL
Sure a cute little booger!

Any of us who have kids have been there. I have a screen saver which rotates all of my kids' pictures, and it is sometimes very hard and sad to see them when they were really little and know that this part of their/your lives is in the past.
LET'S HOPE HIS HAIR
DOESN'T GROW BACK!!

In all seriousness, it looks good. Plus, if he's fine with it, that's all that matters.
I think it looks sharp and you have a fine looking boy! That haircut was pretty standard for boys in the 60s. I know, thats what I wore.
So, how many fishing poles and ball bats does that young man have by now?!!!! He's gonna be a big fisherman!
lance...u got a cute one. i luv that shirt.
