Question for those who have traveled Down Under
« on: March 15, 2008, 07:24:53 PM »
My parents are leaving in April for a trip to New Zealand and Australia and my Dad is looking for an AC converter so he can recharge his iPod while he's away.  He has an AC power cord; he just needs a converter so it will plug into the electrical outlet.  He has a traveler's adaptor kit but it is very old (probably about 15 years) and the instructions specifically say not to use it with electronic equipment.  Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find something that is relatively inexpensive and easy to obtain?

Radio Shack or some other electronic components store should have one for relatively cheap.
People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.

They could pick one up at the duty free shop in the airport terminal.
