Reminds me of the test we had to pass back when I got my certificate.

The instructer would call out 12 different drinks 2 or 3 at a time and we had to finish those 12 in under 6 minutes.  (had to average under 30 seconds a drink).....complete with appropriate garnish where applicable.

Needless to say we didn't have time to be checking the drink recipe book.

Can't imagine how fast that guy was to win the WORLD RECORD.
