Headblade
make a moisteuriser called Headlube Matte which helps dull shine. There is also a product line called
Matte for Men
which also dulls shine.
Personally Jim I dont know why you wouldnt want the shine. To me there is nothing more complimenting of a great headshave than a bald, shiny melon.

Ditto what JDog said, dag. Both Matte products should work well but WHY? A shiny dome is like a beacon to the world proclaiming your sly pride.

There's also Matte For Men. If you can't get those products in your country, then you could try a light dusting of baby powder.

If I want no shine, I go with the baby powder dusting
