Ok. So for my first time shaving, this is how I plan to do it:
1) Shave all hair off with regular clipper on lowest setting
2) Wet head. The question here is take a shower, or hot towel wrap? Which is better for the first time do you think? I don't have a fogless mirror, so if doing it in the shower, I was planning on going by feel.
3) Apply on Headshed, mixing it all over (how long do you keep this on?). Remove.
4) Wet head again?
5) Use the Headblade (triple blade) as is demonstrated in the tutorial video.
6) Clean all the hair off either by taking a shower or just wiping it off.
7) Apply cold water to head (can do this in the shower I guess)

Apply Clearhead (how long do I keep this on? Do I spread generously all over head or just on select spots or what?)
9) Apply headlube.
Anything I'm missing or that you guys would suggest doing instead?
Well Son...its liek this. Everyone is different. I always do mine in the shower. A hot shower, I let the water flow over my head as im washing my body so the hairs and pores are ready to go . I use headslick shavign lotion...just apply a small amount ....do not rinse this off. Use headblade...I go by feel myself...you will get teh hang of it after time. I dont ahve a mirror either. Then I rinse with cold water...get out of shower...rub head with an icecube. Then apply clear aloe vera gel. Nice slick and shiny...ready to go. Thats how I do mine.....

Hello Son!
That's my routine (I'm a sink-shaver):
1. Hot shower, not drying my head.
2. Some drops of massage-oil on my head
3. HeadSlick
4. Shaving with HeadBlade double-blades
5. cold water
6. HeadLube glossy for the nice shine.
For the first times I would prefer the tripple-blades, the shave is not as smooth as with doubles, but you will get no burn and nicks.
But as all Bros say: try and try and find your own way. All the best and a nice shining WE.

I've used doubles exclusively and the shave has been just fine (different strokes for different folks).
I think the key for a first timer is your step one. Use clippers on the lowest setting to remove as much stubble as possible.
I don't use clearhead or headshed, so I can't speak for those products.
Good luck!!
1. Yes, very key. Though, I would wait a couple of hours to let your head calm down a bit before you go straight to the razor.
2. You may want to do the hot towel wrap so you can use a mirror the first time or go buy a fogless mirror.
3. You only use this for about 15 seconds. It's used to soften up the hair and to get it sticking up so it can be shaved easier.
4. Yes, you'll want to keep your head wet.
8. Clearhead will soak into your head. No need to wipe it off.
Looks good bro! Remember to KEEP THE PRESSURE OFF THE BLADE and you'll do great.
