The Cop from CSI Miami

The detective that works with David Caruso. Used to have a MPB horseshoe, now he's all sly.

I know who you are talking about "frank". He is a cop now for some reason too. He isnt a detective in the new episodes.

apparently the deal on that is his promotion to sergeant. He needs to wear the uniform for a period of time.
