I need help! I haven't been able to shave my head for about 4-5 days cuz I just can't get rid of these razor bumps.

I don't dare shave over them. I seen alot of ways to prevent them but not that much about getting rid of them. Is there a treatment that will instantly get rid of them?

Hopefully something I can find in stores and inexpensive.
Ingrown Hairs did you say?? Do you get tiny little red bumps on your head after you shave, causeing you to not want to shave for sevral days in between?
Then you need Clear Head from HeadBlade, it not only get rid of ingrown hairs, it eradicates them, and with continued use, helps to prevent them all together. You don't need much of this wonderful product, a little goes a long way.
I wish Clearhead would work for me. It does nothing for bumps IMO. I think preventing bumps is more about being prepared. The existing bumps you have treat with Benzoil Peroxide gel and toner.
ClearHead works for me, but more to prevent them than to get rid of them. Try a solution called Tend Skin (
http://www.tendskin.com). It's the best I've seen for getting rid of them. Though, once you get rid of them, you need to try to avoid getting them. Try using a different shaving cream/oil/gel, one that is much more slick.

I'm also a big fan of benzoyl peroxide, 10%. I also use a loofa pad every morning in the shower to make sure the folicles are clean and clear of any built up oil and debris--I believe that the oil gland of each hair not only continues to pump out oil, but increases during the first couple of weeks after starting "sly." The loofa really cleans it up and sets up for a great shave, then the benzoyl peroxide right after drying off prevents any problems. When dry, I use Nivea or Bald Guys gel.

That's a lil ironic. Just because I use Head Slick. I wonder if using alcohol after shaving but before applying Head Lube. I just wish they sold Clear Head in stores.

I tried using a body wash puff and that seemed to be the cause of one break out. Do you think the loofa would do the same thing?

Probably not, get the "pad" not the sponge, they sell at Wal-Mart for $2-3. Also try Cuticura antibacterial soap, it's mild for acne. Don't rub hard, just enough to dislodge any plugs that may form in the folicle from dried oil from the gland in the hair shaft. Also, some astringent, made for acne, rather than alcohol. There are several types for dry, normal and oily skin. Then rub on the benzoyl peroxide and let dry. Watch out for anything w/ oil in it, and avoid it.
It will take 5 to 7 days to clear up.
You could also Check out Bald Guyz Expholiator, or Head Shed from HeadBlade, they both help to prepare your head before shaving, by helping to get rid of dry skin and removing bumps.
I found that PrinceReigns works wonders for me; it's a little $$ but you can get it on eBay for a quite reasonable price.....
