Soon to be sly

Hi guys, my older brother Taylor is a member and proudly sly and wanted me to join and hang around and read the great posts and advice. My bro went smooth in November but my parents wouldnt let me do it. They have agreed to let me shave it off this spring when it warms up. I cant wait to be smooth and cool just like my older bro. The first thing I plan to do after shaving it to smash my blow dryer to bits. My bro Mach 3's his whole head in half the time it takes me to blow dry my mop and he looks better when finished. Look foward to hangin' with you guys and becoming sly.

Welcome Bro!
Man, you'll totally dig being bald...especially if you've been thinkin' about doing it for so long!
The confidence you'll get from shaving it smooth will be a real cool bonus to the whole deal..
post some pics when you take it down smooth!
Yea, this place is a good place to hang too!
Take care our soon to be bald brutha!
BTW...I think once you shave your head smooth, you'll be the youngest SLY dude on the board!

Welcome kiefferdixon. Might want to start shortening the mop to get ready for the BIG EVENT.

That's awesome Keifer! Like someone else said.....you may want to start shortening it up now......... unless of course you're looking forward to the full shock value it will have on others!!
Anyway.... there's a lot of great info on this forum and even better guys to get to know.

kiefferdixon,
Welcome to the forum. That's cool that you want to go sly. Do you plan on cutting your hair shorter in the mean time while waiting for spring? Personally I went long to sly in one step. I like the shock effect it has on people.

Just make sure what ever you do you wear sunscreen and hats when in the sun. You want to make sure you don't get sunburned or worse cancer on your scalp.
