Just as opinionated as you are Cory_Rudy.

I've also noticed that you have only made 14 posts on this site and 5 of them have been dedicated to this silly thread DEFENDING Tom Cruise and trying to convince us what a great guy he his.

Why dont you look at some of the other 1000's of posts that are on here and get to know us a little better before you call us angry.

Why do movie stars need an 8 car garage?  Why do they need a 10 bedroom home?  Why do they need to do half the crap they do?  Hey Look at me Im Rich! I can buy anything in this world that it has to offer..........well im sorry but all the money couldnt make me any richer than I am now.  I have a 4 bedroom home.  A 2.5 car garage that holds my truck and my wifes van.  Food on the table made either by my wife or myself.  And I can walk down the streets and feel free as I want to be.  People...mostly called my friends can stop and talk to me and vice versa without feeling as though I need to duck into the nearest doorway.  So who is really richer here?

Wow...we have some angry people on this board.

So let me see if I understand this...... You  make your points about TC and then say you feel really strongly about your points.

Some of us disagree. Since we disagree we are angry.

Uh, yeah.

Jdog-

I think beers may be against the Scientology tenets!

Man what time is it over there right now?

Brad Paisley just has a way of hitting the nail right on the head and making you laugh hard while he's doing it.  Great post.

I don't know much about Tom Cruise to really make a call on his personality, though I also disagree with his religious stance; not because of the bad press, but I was living in Malibu in the late 90's when Scientology started getting more of a celebrity roster and I saw some of the weird stuff that people like John Trovolta started doing in the community.

To answer Timm's question of why celebs need such big houses, it's actually beneficial for them to do this because of taxes.  Considering they make so much money, if they don't put that money into real estate, businesses, or other investments then they get taxed pretty heavily.    Plus, it's a way for them to invest their money and get great returns.  Shoot, you often see a celeb buy a house for 10 million  and turn around and sell it 5 years later for 20 million.  My fraternity brother is one of the guys in Malibu that brokers the $10 million plus deals.

Ok, now it's time to rip on a rock star...sorry Robmeister!

People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.

I have to say that I think CRUISE is an IDIOT!. All of these stressed out celebs have chosen that lifestyle. If life is so tough then quit acting and do something else. One more thing is that I am sick of these hollywood  nut jobs who think their opinion means more because they are ACTORS.   Make your movies and shut the hell up!
