Lately I haven't been able to read many of the posts in the forum without having to constantly scroll back and forth (left to right). Same deal with Tyler's latest blog entry. Is there any way to get everything to fit on one page better? I tried using Internet Explorer instead of Firefox, but it didn't help. Is anyone else having this problem?
Razor, what's your screen resolution?
800 x 600. It doesn't seem to be a problem all the time, just with certain threads.
Same problem here. Just with certain threads also.

Yeah, it's probably due to the long links that are put into the thread. Have you ever tried a larger resolution?

No, I haven't. What do you suggest and what is it likely to mess up if I do?

Now that you mention it, at a res of 1280x800 I still get the same thing occasionally.

I'll remember to cut down the links so that doesn't require you to scroll.
One of the other things is that I allow the avatars to be fairly large. Though, I've heard that most of you like this, so I won't change it up.

I don't think it's the avatar size causing the problem; I've only noticed it recently. Maybe there were some long links causing it to happen.
I'm using 1152 x 864 and have never had a problem.
One other thing to check, in Internet Explorer, is the "Text Size". In IE, "View/Text Size" should be set to "Medium". If it's set to "Largest" or "Larger", it could cause the problem you've described.
