When I was younger, we used to go hand fishing. I never caught anything, but some friends caught some pretty big catfish. One caught a muskrat. He didn't hang on to it long though.
noodlein' ? screw that you can lose extremities like that.
Mostly it was an excuse to drink beer (for me anyway). -

Last time I went fishing...1989...Catalina Island. It was a dropline tourney in little outboards. Started hittin' the hard stuff first thing in the morning. Don't remember coming back to the dock...or the awards ceremony at the local Pizza place....or where I got those nasty warts on my.....

my best friend and i tend to do that every time we go without the kids. haven't done that in awhile though. need to cal him. it is time for a good nightfishing trip.

dude there is some great fly fishing near you. check into it. great way to kill a day cheaply and get some qt with the fam.

dude there is some great fly fishing near you. check into it. great way to kill a day cheaply and get some qt with the fam.
It's got to be done....I was just watching the outdoor channel....showed a dad and his sons donning the waders and goin' fly fishing.
