So maybe an occasional beer might not be too bad if occasional is not daily!
Quote from: marshd1000 on March 12, 2007, 10:51:54 PMSo maybe an occasional beer might not be too bad if occasional is not daily!I like that plan!!! Seriously, I'm at a point where I can pretty much eat (AND DRINK) anything I want right now, and I'm not gaining weight. When I get down to the weight I'm after (200 to 210), there's a lot of leeway for maintaining that weight.I've done cleanses/detoxes before (including Colon Cleansing)....I'm not talking "diets" or "fitness challenges".....but CLEANSING/DETOXIFYING... and it is such a drastic and revolutionary improvement in physical, mental, emotional (yea SPIRITUAL) well being AND ENERGY, that the "groove" is hard to sabatage....and maintenance becomes a matter of perpetuating FEELING AWESOME.My last cleanse/detox was sabataged by SEVERE disappoints (and depression) that converged and got me all outa sorts last year. So now that those issues have been successfully surmounted, I'm excited for this cleansing/detoxifying experience with these new, cutting-edge strategies and products.

Congrats bro. I'm thinking of purchasing a stationary bike myself. Is it just as good of a way to burn fat as jogging is? I don't really like going and running. I wanted something for the inside so I don't have to worry about weather and whatever.

Yeah...I personally need the accountability of an instructor barking out different things to do.....keeps it interesting and challenging.
