Coloring Your Beard Embarassing Story
« on: December 23, 2007, 10:27:27 PM »
I now have a patch of hair on my chin because that's the only part that is salt and pepper.I shaved off the sides because it was mostly white which I don't like.I used to use Just For Men for beards and moustaches but that became a pain in the ass after awhile. However I saw this color stick in the store for facial hair. It's supposed to be for quick touch ups and it looks like a tube of lipstick.I figured this would be easier so I bought the dark brown and it claims to come off only after you shampoo it. So tonight I applied it to my patch and it was so easy but then I went to my aunts for coffee and I kissed my cousin to wish a happy holiday and to my horror I then noticed that she had a black smudge on her cheek. The friggen thing comes off when it touches something. So playfully I pretended to squeeze her cheek and at the same time tried to wipe it off her face. But then my mom asked if that was a bruise on her face and she wiped at it and looked in the mirror and fortunately she couldn't see it and thought it was just the lighting. After coffee I then tried to blot my chin with the napkin and I saw all black smudges on the napkin. After I got home I shampooed that stuff off me and I then realized that I look better with my natural salt and pepper patch then the other way.Sometimes it's better to let nature take its course.I look more distinguished with the salt and pepper. The other way I looked a little harder. So don't buy the cover stick.IT comes off and stains.Just wanted to share my embarrasing story.

Just like the guys with hair and they are 80 years old and have coal black hair.....yelp buddy you aint kidding us....that thar is that damn hair color shitz. LOL

Too funny Don!
People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.

Nothing wrong with some white and some salt-n-pepper. Just let it go natural. Works for me.

Don,

I'm on the floor with that one.  :*))
Have to admit, I once tried some of my wife's mascara to hide a few stray greys.
But "Natural" is the way to go.

Better hope they don't use flash on their cameras if you get your picture taken, it'll show through like a plumbers crack.

I didn't understand your comment above.  What shows through "like a plumber's crack"?
