I get shoulder aches and pains too, they usually go away when I get my lady to walk across my back sideways.  I'm not sure if its a good or bad thing though lol
Depends on a lot of factors....If my wife were to weigh 3x's as much as I do ...i would definitely not...but then again...my wife only weighs about as half as much as I do....so maybe her holding a couple of my kids while doing it might work...lol

Starting SUNDAY! IS THAT OK?????  I have holiday parties and stuff to go to this weekend.....so get those out of the way and then I will be choosey on christmas dinners.....but to go to parties where I dont have to cook the food....hell yeah im gonna pig out...
