V For Vendetta
« on: November 26, 2007, 01:16:01 PM »
I finally got around to watching this film over the weekend.  It was running on HBO so I decided to give it a try.  It was much better than I thought it would be.  Natalie Portman looked great.  Has anyone else seen it?

Saw it, but had a tough time following at certain points. If I watched it again without interruption it would be different I'm sure. I liked what I can remember of it.

I thought it might be a little hard to follow, but it turned out to be much easier to understand than I'd thought.

Thinking back, I had to pause it at least three times to go check on the kids or something. Really liked the ending though!!!

I saw it and liked it. I just wished they went into a little more detail about what happened to him.  O0 O0

I was expecting the mask to come off and reveal a badly disfigured face before it ended.

In addition to the movie being great (one of my favorites of the year), the graphic novel it is based on is excellent as well.  It has a good deal more background than the movie was abe to fill in...

Good movie.

Most people I know that saw it before me didnt care for it so maybe my expectations were low going in but I enjoyed it.

Watching this movie reminded me how much I enjoy birds in a nests(egg fried in the middle of a piece of bread).

Also Natalie Portman looks hot as hell with a shaved head. Much better than with hair IMHO.

My ex introduced me to those, but I think she called it a Popeye or something.
