They are definently possible to attain and keep dude. Are you a member of a gym at all? Very uplifting to hear. I have been on a pretty intense fitness regime for the last 2 months. I'm on a calorie controlled diet, I have lost 17 lbs and I am starting to see some small defintion in the upper abdominal area. I usually do around 100 crunches a day and 40-50 push ups plus weight training. I run every night for 1/2 hour. I've cut out alcohol entireley. that was always a big deal for me as I liked to have a beer after work but they are laden with so many calories.

I think I need to start writing down what I eat, just to get an idea of how much I am intaking everyday.
