Rex Linn on CSI:Miami
« on: November 14, 2007, 10:38:47 AM »
I was unable to find a current pic, but since his character Frank Tripp got demoted from Detective, he has been SLY. I would say it is a definite improvement over his horseshoe.

I'm not real familiar with police ranks but iI think that a full shift sargeant is a promotion from detective. I think.

It's possible Tom. I thought he had been demoted due to an incident when he accidentally shot another officer.

PigPen,

We must be on the same wave length.  I hadn't watched any of the new episodes this fall until this past Monday.  He looks way better shaved.  I almost posted last night about him.  I did find 1 picture where he was sly, but it wasn't that great, so I decided not to post.  Maybe I should try to locate it again.  It's amazing the transformation when you go from horseshoe to sly.

Glad to see that he let go of the "horseshoe" and amazed that he has so little shadow....though some of that may be the "magic" of TV.

Life has three aspects: Paradox, Humor, and Change.

Paradox: Life is a mystery; don't waste time figuring it out.
Humor: Keep a sense of humor, especially about yourself. It is a strength beyond all measure
Change: Know that nothing stays the same.

Thanks for finding the post shot Doug. There were plenty of pre-sly pics to choose from.

I would bet it's all because of the TV "Magic"

Yeah, that was the picture I found, but I didn't think it did justice to how cool he really looks now in the show itself.  Thanks for finding that, Doug.

Here I thought I had found one we missed. Thanks for the heads up Booted Bear. Guess I didn't look back far enough before I posted up.

Just what I was thinking.  Took at least 10 years off of him.

I think the 10 inches off his waist did more for him.  I don't watch CSI Miasma, so I haven't seen his new cut; as well, they won't show season four in Taiwan until spring.

Speaking of CSI, George Eads' season 5 (6?) close cropped cut worked well on him.  He has a good shaped head.
