Went a little crazy with the scissors and trimmed my beard WAY down.  I'm wondering does it look ok this way?  or should  I just hack it down to a goatee. ....

Some other threads have been bringing up the "age thing" again.  I admit; it seems the less hair I have, facial or otherwise; the younger I look.  Should I really go "Mr. Clean" again? ??

Hard to tell which looks better. The full beard does seem to look better but also with your beard thin it seem you would look good with a goatee also.

John,  I think you wear the full beard very well.  I vote for full beard or a goat.

And don't worry about the age thing.  We didn't shave our heads to get bummed out about some white hairs on our faces.

I think John needs to do the following....grow out the mustache...get that handle bar look....then you can have them braided into your longer beard hairs that you are going to grow out.  Once you get them long enough...dye one of them blue and the other one....oh I dunno...Orange..why not...then take them both, one on each side of the head....drap over the ear....around the back...up over the top of your head down the middle then attach them to your bushy eyebrows that you are also going to let grow out! LOL :*)) :*))

I like it both ways John.  You look good with or without.  But you need to grow it out some if you are going to have a beard....either that ..shave it.

John, the Mr. Clean does look younger, but I also like the beard.  It's a win-win situation.  Both look good.
