I've been following an eating plan for the last week so it's just going to be chicken, black beans, and asparagus for me tonight.
People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.

Life has three aspects: Paradox, Humor, and Change.

Paradox: Life is a mystery; don't waste time figuring it out.
Humor: Keep a sense of humor, especially about yourself. It is a strength beyond all measure
Change: Know that nothing stays the same.

Got home late, so the family had already eaten. Left over calzone was waiting for me.  Pretty good though.

We did soup & salad. The soups were a crab bisque and an asian hot & sour. Salad was simple + we had some sourdough bread and a glass of zin.

Pork, string cheese, pickles, and almonds....didn't use a plate though...sort of a walking-around-the-house dinner.
