Gotta agree with the Robmeister.  I see no problems.  Maybe it's just a shock to you because you're not used to it.  I couldn't get the first link to work, so I don't know if that showed a 'before' picture.

Robbie, I think it looks good.  Remember that it will be different when you shave it yourself. So, there's really only one way to tell how it will really look - just shave it.  Remember, it will grow back if you don't like it.

yeah, you should just shave it.

photo shopped pics never look that realistic.

You could just wait... for it to really get you depressed and drive your confidence even more into the dirt I guess... beware of increasing paranoia and self consciousness though, it will just get worse.

You are kinda asking the wrong group if you are looking for any advise other than really just being yourself and loving yourself for who you are. Everyone here that has MPB chose to stop trying to cover it up, realizing that they were covering up parts of their personalities too. We have all been at this cross road and want nothing more than for you to experience the freedom and liberation we have achieved by going sly.

You can do it, you just have to go for it.

Robbie, I think it looks good.  But either way, you won't know for sure until you try it and it will always grow back to where it is now.  So why not just grab a razor and go for it.  Bet you'll love it!! O0

I can't open any of the links, but I'll side with the others.  You have to at least give it a try, especially if you're thinning/receding.  You owe it to yourself to try it.  If you don't like it, at least you'll find out for sure.  Otherwise, you'll always be wondering.  But my guess is that you will like it.  I can't think of anybody who prefers having MPB over a completely shaved dome.

I couldn't open the first link either, but from what I did see I'd have to agree with everyone else - you look fine in the pics. You've nothing to worry about at all.

As Marz said you could just wait but once sly beckons it's hard to resist!
