Jolly Ole St. Nick: When was the last time you cut yourself shaving?

I was thinking about it today.
It's been awhile since I've cut myself shaving. I shave everyday. Mach III Turbo. And I rarely cut myself.
I think the last time was literally 6 months ago (maybe April) when I was in a hurry one morning, and nicked the top of my ear. A pretty good one at that.
Knock on wood.

Don't jinx yourself bro!

If I do cut myself, it's usually on my forehead right below the hairline. This is because I'll be in a hurry and do a face plant with the HeadBlade.

Tuesday

I use the HB with Sensor trips blades... however my sensor adapter has just about had it and is having problems holding onto the blade... Well, tuesday i was cleaning up around the ears when the blade let go and dug into my scalp.

is was a a small cut and did not bleed much...
Since I needed a new adapter, and really cannot wait for HB to send me out some new sensor adapters, I went down to Walgreen's and picked up the HB brand triple blade refill pack (4 HB trips blades, 2 Astra adapters, 1 caliper). Since the HB trips clog on me FAST, I also picked up a 10 pack of Astra blades... $20 for 2 adapters and 14 blades... so I'm set for a while.

Been a couple of months. Over the right ear where I have a "divot" created by the arm of my glasses.

So far I've been fairly lucky. I've had a few "nicks" where I went over a zit/pimple on my head. Other than that, Ive had on bleeder. I went slightly sideways with the blade. I left to nice little parallel lines (razor marks) on the side of my head. I just hit it with some ice and the styptic pencil and it was pretty much taken care of.

Dont you just hate those "divots" made by glasses. im starting to get fat rolls over the rim of my glasses...lol Im seriously thinking about giving contacts a shot again. Didnt have a great experience with contacts before. Even better if i could afford it would be the laser surgery.
Crap look at what I just did.........

Ahoy, mates. I very rarely nick the dome and have been especially careful since falling and gashing it on Memorial Day. The cut required 15 stitches, and, unable to shave for 10 days, I was wretched. Since then, it's 98% healed, except for a small bump, which is daily shrinking, left from the avulsion. Nits and flies are about the only cause of nicks nowadays. The swellings they leave get right into the path of the razor and require patterns of avoidance for a couple of days. Now that it's getting colder, and they're disappearing, I do not anticipate nicks until late spring. Razor burns are something else. Got to be careful there; an overzealous attempt at perfect smoothness can sometimes cause a shave that is literally close to the bone. I get about a week, on average, out of a Fusion blade. After that, it's got to be changed to avoid dull blade scrape. All best, Professor Melon

For me, two days ago (back of the head), and this morning (forehead at the hairline.)
Might be a change of diet. I've been shifting back to omnivorous from vegetarian.
I wonder if re-introducing meat to my diet is making me break out?

It was probably just a little over a week ago. But lately it has always been on my face or ears where I get the nicks and cuts. It's actually been awhile since I cut the dome. (SHHHH....can't say that too loudly...).

When I first started shaving the head I had quite a few, but I must be getting better at it or the dome is getting tougher, because its been awhile.

Spoke too soon. I grazed my ear this morning. It wasn't a bleeder, but it does sting a little.
