Bits down under...

After her 6th child, Julie decided to have some cosmetic surgery to tidy things up 'down below'. After the operation, she awoke puzzled to find 3 roses by her bed..

Julie: Nurse, who are these roses from?

Nurse: The first is from the surgeon for being a good patient, the second is from your husband, and the third is from Eric in the burns unit, thanking you for his new ears.
