There's a great shaving demostration on Bump Patrol's website.  A real barber's explaining how you always shave WITH the grain.  Go take a look at it for a few pointers on taking care of the top and the back of your head.

Gene with more and more practice you will become better and more confident at headshaving. Soon it will be second nature like breathing in air or walking down the street. O0
