I was out at a Royals game last night with my office. I was one of the first to get there and when one of my coworkers got there they remarked that it was easy to find our seats. My bald head acted like beacon to show the way.

Yep, that's what my wife looks for when we're in a large crowd.

We have our own natural "radiance" while in the sun.

Yes, Tyler, but as my wife remarked the other day, she never noticed the number of sly guys until I went sly.
In fact, I was supposed to meet my sister at the mall a couple of weeks ago. She went to a fast food restaurant (oxymoron) and she told my nieces there is Uncle Steve. She walked up to "me" and asked what "I" was doing there. It was at that point she found out it was not I.
So be careful.

It's sort of like when you buy a new car, and then all of a sudden, you start seeing cars exactly like yours... where were they before you made the purchase? The only difference is my dome doesn't depreciate; it gets better over time, and the paint job always shines and never fades.

LOL! That's funny! I used to have that happen to me all the time when I had hair. Haven't had that happen since I started shaving.

LOL. Good posts everyone. I can relate too. The shiny beacon in a sea of hairy heads. Stands out like dogs balls.

I guess it depends on the bald to hair ratio of the crowd.

Being bald in a crowd is enough to make you stand out, but I've been living in Korea for a year. I'm 6 to 8 inches taller than most everybody and I'm almost 300 pounds. So yeah, I'm easy to spot from a mile away!

I'm thinking that the only time this wouldn't be an advantage is when you are in group of bald guys... like during the Convention!

We now have four bald guys at work now. 2 of them are + size fellas and they're both named Ken and both managers. It's a pain in the ass with customers. "I talked to a manager last night." Which one? "the big one" Which one? "The bald one, I think his name was Ken" like I said wHich one? I told them that I was gonna make one of them wear a bow on thier head so people could tell them apart.
