Hi guys this is Shakf here recently sent a post and was asked to post an intro. Just buzzed recently after being hounded by my colleagues to stop pretending that I had hair. Here are some pics taken this morning.

Guys any of you used the WAHL balding clipper and if so is it any good? Just not so keen myself on the shiny look.

Welcome Shakf, I don't use the balding clippers but I know some on here do. I use reg clippers with no guard, my wife and I both prefer a little stubble. I plan on breaking down and buying a good set of clippers one day, I have seen some wahls on ebay with a 0 blade i think it is called, probaly as close as you can get and the good ones sell for around $100. Not a bad investment though considering all the $$ you save on going to the barber shop. Sorry for rambling on, again....welcome.

Well. My local barber is a traditional one and he has one of those WAHL balding clippers. His prices are cheap as well. I went last Thursday and he charged me £3 which is nothing really.

I'm with UGA. We have a Wahl Professional and saved a ton of $$ in haircuts (before I went with the sly look). Just remove the clipper guard and it's good and close.
