New to shaving
« on: September 01, 2018, 09:17:31 AM »
I am now two days into the shaving process and I have a couple of questions based on my early experiences: any advice on why the shave doesn’t feel completely smooth?  I seem to be getting small patches that are still rough while the rest is fairly smooth. I look into the mirror but do not see anything clearly. Any thoughts?  A second question regarding moles on the back of your head, I plan to get them taken off permanently as soon as I can but is there an interim solution to avoid cutting them constantly. Thanks in advance for the advice.

Your hair grows in many different directions. Mine swirls all over. I shave against the grain to get it smooth. You will learn all the different areas and directions with more experience. Seems there is always one small area that is hard to get smooth. When I shave with a new razor and get a super smooth shave, I like to think at that moment, I'm the baldest man in the world.

As far as moles go, just to over them carefully.
Bald by choice, and loving it!

Dealing with moles can be a problem. Make sure you know where they are , then try and go lightly over them , or completely avoid them and then follow up with an electric razor may do the job. Best bet is to get them removed by a dermatologist. You can keep a finger on it as you shave around it with a regular razor.

i have 2 small rough spots on my head, one on the side and one on the middle of the back of my head.what works for me is to go over that spot slower and twice.as far as the moles,i have two small ones by my right ear which my doctor said their was no danger in keeping them if i want,so i did and they got smaller and thinner, and you can barely see them thanks to some sun and lotion.
