The old and new photos prove the the artery is not an issue, it's no more noticeable than it is on most guys.

I was just at my gym and thought about your post. I started taking notice of the guys there with shaved heads, and every one I observed had visible blood vessels showing in the same general area as you.

yes the heat is a killer for sure lol,
Appreciate all the opinions and feel a little more relaxed about my worries of the veins and am happy to know no one else seems to care.
It seems i shall give this a go and see how it looks. wish me luck guys! -

I agree thats normal and at the gym i don mind it and expect it. My issue is they look that big at all times. Looks super unhealthy. I noticed it more with my weightloss. Feeling a tad skinny atm
