I have actually seen a guy with one of these in person at a restaurant. Believe me, it looks much worse in person than in a photo. It did not come even close to looking like hair.
If I were to go for a scalp tattoo (not that I would), it would be one with an artistic theme of some sort, I have seen a few of those that I thought looked good. -
