I'm hoping I tell this right, as it's from memory.
A cop walking his beat sees a little old lady carrying two full garbage bags down the street. He stops and notices in one of the bags, there was a hole and 20 dollar bills were trailing from it.
He runs over to the little old lady to stop her from losing her money.
"M'aam, did you know there is a hole in this bag and 20 dollar bills are coming out of it?" the cop asks
"Why thank you my good man. I didn't realize it. Thank you for telling me!" The little old lady says as she is picking up the dropped bills.
The cop starts to get a little suspicious and starts asking questions.
"Lady, where did you get all this money? Did you rob a bank?"
"Oh no officer, you see, I live next door to that baseball park and when the game ends, I always get a bunch of punks who like to walk over to my rose bushes and start taking a piss. So today I decided to stop that. I hid in the rose bush and whenever one of those whipersnappers sticks their thingy in my rose bushes, I take these here clippers and say '20 dollars, or it comes off!'"
"Well, thats an interesting way to make some extra money. But... whats in this other trash bag?" the cop asks
"Oh well, not all of them can pay."
