busy,busy week
« on: March 17, 2016, 09:14:26 AM »
So, thanks to my boss being on vacation, a guy quitting, and another co worker being out from work this week due to a car accident (shes mostly fine, just too sore to perform her duties), im having to work 6 days this wee . Yesterday was my only day off, and still had zero time to just relax due to having new tile flooring installed throughout my house this week, and yesterday was the day i had to move things back into rooms already done and out of the other rooms. To top it all off, my significant other is out of town visiting his psrents this week, so ive had very little help doing it all. Omg im soooo tired already and the week is only halfway done. But itll be worth it when its all finished and over with. This is something ive been wanting to get done ever since i bought my house 5 years ago

No i suppose not. But i sure am planning to just sit and do absolutely nothing my first day off after all this is over and my house is  all back to normal. Just hope my allergies dont make me sick with all the dust this tile flooring project is creating.

Haha. Ive had busy weeks like this before, such as when i used to be a manager for blockbuster, and was in the process of transfering to a store nearer to the area i had just moved to at the time, i would get lots of overtime by working 30 to 35 hr weeks at both stores, sometimes even picking up another shift elsewhere as well, for an average of about 20 to 30 hrs of overtime each week. But never have i had busy weeks with as much heavy lifting before. Sure will be nice to see the effects of the weeks work once its done however.
