Hey guys,
I'm 26 and new around here. Just shaved my head with no guard for the first time and not quite sure about. It could be that I'm in shock and just not used to it, or that my scalp is too white. I wish my head was a little rounder and wider but I'm surprised that the overall shape is decent. Anyways here are some pics of it let me know what you all think!

This is how I normally keep it, with a #2 all the way around:

If the urge to pull out the razor is there, go for it! You can always grow it back if you don't like it. Welcome and good luck!

the #2 makes you look like you are losing yourhair. THe no guard looks much bettter- you look like a guy who simply chooses to wear a buzzcut.
Breakinng out the razor and shaving it slick will make you look healthier, more mature and confident - all veryi attractive to significant others!

You should keep it shaved, it looks great, especially with the beard.

You suit the short (#0 blade) buzz, bro. You will definitely suit a shaved head. My advice: go to the barber as soon as possible and have him/her shave your head nice & smooth. You will love the experience & you will rock the look.
I was a year younger than you when I had my second head shave. I absolutely loved it - went back to the barber a week later and had it shaved again. My first head shave was when I was 19. I let it grow back out & that was a mistake...... since having my head re-shaved, I have never really went back to having hair - and no regrets, either.
Go for that head shave, bro.

Looks great with the zero guard! It looks fine with the #2 also, but more bad-ass with no guard. Now for the next step....razor shave with the beard will be even better!
I'm not biased though

"No guard" all the way, brother! The clean, intentionally smooth look is so much better than the "Oh no, I'm going bald!" look. Seize it! Own it!

Like my fellow guys have said, razor shaved clean will look awesome with the beard! I guarantee you'll receive compliments on it. Nothing to worry about!

Nice combination of very short hair on top and the beard. If you are not ready to actually shave your head with a razor, stick with this for awhile. You will want to shave your head one of these days, if nothing else, just to say that you did it.
The visual difference between your no guard clipper shave and a razor shave is almost nil. From a distance, they look the same, but they don't feel the same. Many of the guys here on SBG really appreciate the feel of a razor shaved head. I know that's true for me. Once I experienced the smoothness of a bald head, I never wanted to go back to hair again. You don't need to wait until you are balding to shave your head. Many of us on SBG are BBC.
You'll look fine, either way.
Welcome.
