I wonder if THAT'S an advantage to being sly. I mean, I think people generally consider me a positive person (not that I don't have my mood dips) and I just wonder if the type of person who will shave their head and join a "I feel great about my shaved head" site is also the type of person to be not only positive, but compassionate. People go out of their way here to be supportive of one another. I think that's rare in our culture and... even more rare amongst men. People are so willing to put in energy here to be supportive to people they don't even know yet. Whether it's helping people get through the 30 days, giving advice to younger guys about life or dating, offering kind words about difficult life circumstances, I just see so much good humanity reading these posts. While I'm feeling weird occasionally in my 30 days and sometimes think I look GREAT and sometimes think my head is going to hatch, I kind of like to think of being sly as also being a really positive person who is moving towards wisdom, and that's based, silly or not, on reading these posts.
