Where is the bald/beard line

Hey guys, went back from buzz to bald today. Where do you guys stop your beard and start skin...I have been estimating the area from around the corner of my over...beard down, bald up. What do you guys use?

I am in the process of growing my beard back out. I am kinda starting to fade into the beard about 1/4 way down my ear. Not saying that is right or wrong, just where I am going for now.

No one answer - some as high as where eyeglass arms would sit, some lower to mid ear or even lower, and anywhere in between.  Some do a straight blunt cut, some taper, and some carve the beard up to a point (but this can be high maintenance).  Try a few to see what yo like best.

I shape my beard into a sharp point up nearly to the top of my ear.

I start my beard where the arms of my glasses are, it works well for me

I do the same when I grow the full beard.

I try and do it from the top of my ears.

I keep the border at the upper part of the tragus. I haven't hear negative remarks on it.

Thanks guys. I'll try it with sunglasses to see if I am getting it.

I let it grow to the top of my ears then slowly trim it down to half way before letting it grow again.
