Hi I'm new here, I'm 18 and recently started buzzing my hair very short regularly every week so it won't grow back like it used to be.
I'm on holiday now and next week I'm going to school to see my friends reaction to my new look.
i always wanted to shave my head bald but i parents didn't let me,they are already angry cuz i buzzed my hair very short.
my hair is perfectly fine and straight but i hate it i love to become bald forever, i think its would look good on me and it would makes me feel more attractive and masculine.
i don't care what people would think of me.
HELP please, tell me how do i convice my parents to let me shave my head with a razor in the next summer ?

Welcome, Ethan!
I don't know if you are buzzed now, but the pic with the short buzz looks great! If your parents have an issue with you being bald, tell them you want to do it for charity (i.e. St. Baldricks). Good luck!

Do you still live at home? Do your parents pay the bills? Might be good to honor their input. You have a lifetime to be bald when you are independent.
If you're out on your own its your business.
You do look good buzzed. That should carry forward to bald. I'm BBC too and really embrace the look.

Welcome to the forum. I think you look great with the buzz cut. I also think you would look good bald also. But already mentioned here you might think about what your parents say if you are living under their roof.

at your age long time ago I had the same feelings and desires and parental reaction. When I went off to college away from home I had my hair buzzed within few hours and have kept it short ever since - getting it shorter and shorter. Nothing was said at home later. Did get kidded at college. I then made myself bald over the coming years ending up shaving head when i was in my thirties = this before this was at all common, Liked being different.

There's no charity events in my country that includes head shaving

Hi Ethan,
We're having the same my trouble with parent. I asked them if I could shave my head bald, they told me that I'm crazy since nobody do that here (they think). My suggest is you should keep you buzz cut, it's look great. At first, they maybe angry and blame you for long time later but they will learn how to accept that and then you will go bald by your decision and keep it for long long time later. I know it's hard and uncomfortable when our parent just growl at you day by day. They used to hate my buzz cut but now they accepted it since they can't change my mind.
I shaved my head 2 times last year and I said to my parent that I will shave it again whenever I have some days off like vocation or holiday and will shave it forever after I got a job.
That's it. I think 18 is still young but old enough to make decision. I'm just 22 btw.

Parents can have the most negative reaction to a change in their son's appearsnce. I was 51 when I shaved, and my mom's first statement when she saw me was, "You probably will want to grow it back." She likes it now.
If you legally are an adult, then it is your decision as it is your head and your hair. However, as MrZed stated so well, if you are living under your parents' roof and allowing them to pay your bills, it might be wise for you to consider and respect their wishes right now.

i made a deal with my father for this summer " if i get very good grades on all my tests then i can shave my head only once "
Do you think i would look good with a bald head and am i too young for that ?
That sounds like a reasonable deal, for now.
I think you would look great with a shaved head. Your buzzed photo looks good.

I think the buzzcut looks very good. You should definitely keep buzzing.
