It's almost been a year since I started shaving my head so I thought I'd post a pic I took today to update anyone who cares. I've settled on 3 passes with a DE razor. Slow and steady works best for me.
I hope everyone is keeping well and wish everyone season's greetings and a happy new year!

Congratulations on the first smooth year and finding the routine that works for you.

Looks real good.
. I would not have the patience to use a DE razor on my scalp. With the use of a blood thinner I can't afford any cuts. Glad it works for you.

Looks great, not sure I could use a DE razor on my head.

Looking good my friend, and a happy New year to you! I use the double edge razor also. What are you using for razor and blades? Have people gotten used to your new hairstyle?

Looks good, and so does the short goatee. Glad you kept both.

Hi everyone, thanks for the comments and Happy New Year!
reddog: I use an Ikon razor and Astra blades. I tried many other blades but found these work the best and are quite affordable when bought in bulk on amazon. I tried some feather blades… there was much bleeding

Happy New Year, and thanks for checking in! I agree, that Feathers are not the best DE blades, either.
