What's the best shaving cream, oil, or gel that you've used?

Many of us have tried a variety of shaving creams, oils and gels and have a favorite or a couple of favorites.
If money wasn't a factor, what shaving cream, gel or oil would you use?

My personal favorite would have to be the Razor Rock shaving soaps....I love the smell and the lather lasts very long for such a small amount.....Head Slick would probably be second on my list, though.

Recommended to me by warhawk, I've been using Taylor of Old Bond Street Sandalwood shaving cream and I love it!

I have three for you.
Stirling shaving soaps. The barbershop is the best but I like most of them.
Razorock and strop shoppe are both very close seconds.

So far Tailor of Old Bond (Mr.Tailor) is my regular. I like it very much and I plan to give a try to Sandalwood (hard to get here).

I have a friend that I went to high school with that makes his own line of soaps and shaving products. I swear by his stuff, lathers up great and plenty of scents to choose from. He does take online orders but I don't want to get in trouble with admin for posting the name of his company or a link to his website, do you think it would be ok? Don't want to be labeled as a spammer.

Headslick works well on my head, but recently I bought a cheap badger brush and a tub of Taylor's of Old Bond Street Sandalwood. THAT was a luxurious shave! Alas, my wife absolutely hates the scent (she loves sandalwood, but feels this smells too much like Noxema). Just got a tub of Taylor's "Jermyn Steet Sensitive skin" which is a much milder scent.

I'm new to headshaving, but the best combo I've used to date has been Somersets pre-shave oil, and Santa Maria Novella shave soap with Lanolin which provides a slick glide and protection.
