I have been lurking on here for ohhh a year or so, and I finally decided to buzz my hair about 6 months ago. Here is a little bit of my story.. During my time with hair, I had extreme thinning on the crown, and it was starting to diffuse from the crown forward. The only time I didn't wear a hat was when I had to work, all the other times my head was covered.  I was extremely, extremely self conscience about my hair, and the hair styles that I was doing to hide my genetics started to become ridiculous. So,I took the clippers to my head and buzzed it down with no guard. I thought I would look hideous, but... here is when everything changed! I actually looked good. I didn't have a weird head, I had no crazy bumps, or nodules protruding sideways.. I looked like I was meant to be bald. As crazy as that sounds.. I am thankful that I had the courage to do what I did, and I will say this forum helped me out immensely, and changed my life.  My confidence has been boosted, more women come around, and I think I just look much much better. So guys who are balding, like myself, just do it.. take the razor and shave it off, or buzz it down.  It will be the best thing you have done for you lately. :)
