Soul Patch
« on: January 06, 2015, 10:00:39 AM »
I'm currently sly and clean shaven. I was thinking about growing a soul patch. Is a soul patch a could fit with the sly look? Thanks

Sure....just about any style of facial hair would work with a shaved head.

Why would it not fit with a smooth head?

If you want to grow one, then I say you should. If it does not end up like you want, a few swipes with your razor will resolve the issue.

Any facial hair goes with a sly head.  Most guys like to have at least some facial hair, and I suggest you try different styles to see which you like best.

Thanks guys for all of your great advice! Ultimately I need to do what I want, so I decided to grow a soul patch since that's what I want to do.

It will be a nice way to ring in the new year with a new look. I already have some stubble below my lip, so it should be nice and full by the weekend.

It will be a little extra work keeping it groomed, but if the look works for me, then the maintenance will be worth it.

Go for it! Post a picture if you get a chance, also.

Of course!!  It's part of our logo!

Thanks Tyler for the encouragement! I have not shaved under my lip area for a few days now - so far so good. I'm going to shape and groom it tomorrow and hopefully by the weekend I'll have a nice full soul patch!
