Well i would suggest loosing fat first than try and build muscle. Remember you body cannot do 2 things at once so pic one. Also eat healthy focus on white meats such as tuna, turcky, grilled chicken, fruits, veg., water milk, oats, sweet poatatoes, good nights rest at least 7 hr. and constant training but train for 4 weeks than take a wk off than repeat.

That is without question a good Sly Guy Body  O0

Okay, I think it only fair you post your workout method etc.... I've never been able to get mass in my bi-ceps and pecks, but the lats fill out.  Currently working on my abbs, but looking to try and fill out the rest.  Just started taking Body Fortress Whey Protein and getting off the Swisher Sweet cigars.

Maintain a diet of balanced portions of fish, fruit and salad with some wheat bread for fiber... and drink plenty of water thru the day with excercise on the Abb Lounge Ultra, and Bowflex.

Just around down of what i do is.....
 w
1. I workout 3 to 4 days a wk no more than an hour. I foucs on compound movements such as bench deadlifts, and squats. Those three are my main exercises

2 I Eat 7 meals a day focusing on white meates such as tuna, turkey, grilled chicken. I also drink alot of water which is a must. I eat veg. as well and alot of sweet potatoes which as alot of complex cards which your body uses that as enegry insted of simple carbs which your body uses that as fat wihich is a no no no you dont watnt simple carbs.

3. I get at least 7 or more hrs. of sleep.

4. Supps are NOT a must but they can help you. Stick to protein powder. creatine if you want dont have to, mult v., fish oil which as alot of omega 3 and 6 which are good fats.

Anymore questions i will be glad to answer. OH AND NO STERIODS NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!

Yeah ... I do all that now except the diet part.  I eat too much junk so my bodyfat isn't as low as yours.  I do have two protein shakes a day (50g protein each - 1 for breakfast, and one post-workout) and hit the gym 4 times a week (free weights) for an hour.  I've had great strength gains, but not close to having a low enough bf% to have a six pack or anything.  I guess I'll just stay beefy and get bigger because I enjoy eating too much  ;D

How many scoops or .OZ of protein powder do you use with the shake.  I started with my powder protein W/8 oz water yesterday morning, and a protein bar at night.  Dinner was baked Halabit with mango salsa, salad and fruit with water.

Then 10 min on the Abb Lounge before bed to burn some cals.

I have a shake every morning of the following:
-6 oz of yogurt (flavor doesn't really matter)
-1/4 cup of raw oats
-1 scoop of frozen blueberries
-2 scoops of berry protien powder from GNC = 50g protein
-1 1/4 cup orange juice
-Blended in a kitchen-aid blender until liquid

I also make the following shakes for my post weight training workout (only 4 per week):
-2 scoops ice cream (to add carbs which you need post workout)
-1 bannana
-2 scoops chocolate protien power from GNC = 50g protein
-1 1/2 to 2 cups skim milk
-Blended in a kitchen-aid blender until liquid

I can't stand to eat protien bars unfortunately  :'(
