A little while back I was bald for a long time, I shaved my head every day or as often as I could, though eventually I stopped.
When I got back to uni I was way too busy, shaving my head takes to long and pretty much got tired of doing it, no point in spending my time on something that wasn't really working out.
What do I mean by that? Firstly I would always get shave bumps after a short while, a pretty big pain when trying to have a smooth head, but I was also annoyed at how quickly my hair grew back, not to mention the shadow. At this point it isn't really worth it.
I want to have hair or no hair, not what feels like an awkward half way point, and since I am very unlikely to make any expensive and permanent changes to my head, for now i'm going back to having hair.
Who knows, it my grow back better this time around
I'm sorry the smooth look didn't work out for you. I thought it looked really good on you. But enjoy life a little hairier for now!
Hey, you're still young....Nothing wrong with growing your hair out...But even so, you are still welcome to participate in the discussions and hang out with us...Being bald is not a requirement for membership here!
It's all good man! Like Sir Harry said, you're still welcome to participate as much as you'd like.
Yep.... you don't have to shave to join in the fun!
Awesome, thanks guys!
I'll still be randomly appearing around here when I have the time, like now.
My hair is working out pretty well so far, gotta sort it out though, and my beard which is going a little crazy.
Good luck to you, deciding to let it grow again, I know for myself, I get to a week and a half and then say to myself: "That's why I shave!" then shave it again that day.
Hey, I did not start doing SLY until I was 59. You've got time. And hair.
Just remember that we are here.
