30 Day Sly... Now this feels odd... Anyone else

So Ive been sly for 30 days now.   Loving it!

But I noticed somethig odd now... If I dont shave first thing in the morning my dome actually feels dirty.    Last Saturday I wasnt going to shave, but by mid afternoon it was just driving me to crazy and I had to go shave.
I think part of it has to do with the fact that Ive always had to deal with a dry scalp before going sly and so maybe that part of it.

Anyone else have that problem.... The "I must shave today" problem?

I think a lot of guys get that feeling when they first start shaving their head...and for many it never goes away.

I have that problem. I love for my head to feel all clean after getting out of the shower.

Absolutely! If I don't shave, I don't feel completely clean!

Im barely still  within my first 30 days....and I still feel that.  I have a feeling like Tyler said...it will never go away. 

I'm actually intentionally not shaving for a few days now because I made a STUPID mistake with my razor and cut myself pretty good in the back of the head.  Got an unsightly red mark back there I'm trying to let heal.  I've never gone more than one night without shaving.. and I'm going on 2 now...  I feel super dirty....

I have a similar feeling when I wake up. If I don't shave every morning I don't feel right anymore. For me, though, it's less about feeling dirty than having an annoying amount of stubble. I really don't like the stubbly feel; it has to be clean smooth for me. Fortunately shaving has just become part of my normal routine.

Nothing wrong with it at all....I'm trying to stop being lazy and shave more often myself.

Yep. I really do not like the sandpaper feeling. That is one reason I often shave twice a day.

I think I have skipped shaving maybe six times since I went smooth.

Yup, I'm the same way. I keep telling myself I'm not going to shave tomorrow because it gets a closer shave skipping a day, but by 7am the next morning, I'm shaving it off. Just hate the Velcro feel, love it smooth.

Yep, once you get used to a sly head, it's hard to go back.

I can only go about 1 day of missed shave before my brain is begging me to have another shave.

I usually shave in the evening right after I shower so, if I'm exceptionally tired, I might skip a day. But I prefer not to.

I think most of us have the "problem" of wanting to be as smooth as possible every day.

I can't say that I've had that problem, although I can't go for more than 2 days without shaving/buzzing... sometimes if I wake up late (say having gone out the night before) and am exhausted, I either just skip it or buzz it with a razor...

I think it's fine to alternate between buzzing and shaving, depending on your mood. Can't say how i'd deal with it if I had a dry scalp though

Would some of those BeeBald products help reduce the (mental) irritation?
